Tie Dang Gong / Iron crotch Exercise

 

Dear reader. I would like to share the secrete of ancient chinese crotch exercise in this blog. I had learn this from a master who are very exeperiance yet discrete. This technique was use by the chinese ancient emperor to increase their sexual stamina. It also help to increase the strength, the hardeness and the size of the penis. Before any massage, you are advice to clean up your body (take a bath) and change to a pair of clean clothes. Your crotch area should wrapped with warm towel for 10 mins before starting the massage.

 

1) Pushing the abdomen

  • hold your both hands on top of each other put on the abdomen. Push your both palms along your abdomen starting from the stomach down to the crotch area. Repeat this action for 36 times.  

2) Split handed pushing the abdomen

  • Same like 'pushing the abdomen' technique, but spreading your hands to both side of abdomen instead of ovelaping the palms. Repeat this action for 36 times.

3) Kneading the navel

  • Put your both hands on top of each others. Press boths hand togather on the abdomen and rub clockwise direction for 50 times then change to anti-clockwise direction for another 50 times

4) Twisting the spermatic cord

  • You can find your spermatic cord along the side of both testes near the root of penis. Use your thumb and index finger, identified the cord - like structure near the side of both testes, then rolled and twisted the cord gently for 36 times each side. 

5) Kneading the testes

  • Use your thumb and index finger, identified both testes, then rolled and twisted the testes gentlely for 36 times each side.

6) Rubbing the testes

  • Use your right to grab the base of the penis and the scrotum firmly. Then rubs the ooposite  testis with the palm of the other hand gently for 36 times. After complete for the 1st stestis, then change hands and rub the other testis. 

7) Propping the testes

  • Pushes up both testes with both hands up into the abdomen for 50 times

 

8) Swaying with the sand bag (this technique will not be tought here because it can cause harm if

      practise without under direct supervision)

 

9) Pounding the testes

  • Both hands grip loose fist amd directly hit (pound)  both testes from below. Be careful, not too hard. Total 36 times each side of testes

10) Pounding the root of penis

  • Both hands grip loose fist amd directly hit (pound)  over the pubic region for 50 times each side

11) Pounding the back (renal region)

  • Both hands grip loose fist amd directly hit (pound) over the both lower back for 50 times each side (kidney region)

12) Activating the back by pounding chest and back

  • Both hands grip loose fist amd directly hit (pound) over the chest and upper back for 50 times each side

13) Twisting the knee

  • Half squad with knee keep togather. Then twist both knee togather in the clockwise direction for 50 times and change direction for another 50 times

14) Rolling a bloomstick on the feet

  • Sit down on a chair with both bare feet step on top a 30 cm long bloom stick. Then rolled both feet on top of the stick foreward and backward for 50 times.

15) Ending pose

  •  Sit down on the chair and rest. Closs your eye, concerntrate on your breathing for 10 minute.

Waalah! Done, the exercise ended!

 

Attention!!!

  1. Proper preparation of material and clothing is advise. A loose T-shirt, a towel to cower your crotch during the exercise.
  2. Proper posture and proper technique via proper guidedance
  3. No to perform this massage when you have the following problem such as varicosecele, prepuce too long which unable to retract, sexual transmitted infection or children not yet attained adult development of sexual organ.
  4.  You are advice to practice this massage only with proper guidedane.
  5. No sexual intercourse after 1 hour post massage. For better effect, no sexual intercourse for 100 days during the period of massage practices.
  6. You can practice this massage 2-3 times per week
  7. Drink a lots of water after the practice of massage

Urut Batin Melayu Tadisional

 

Urut Batin merupakan satu teknik traditional rawatan untuk golongan lelaki yang lemah batin atau persediaan sebelum bernikah. . Ia dapat meningkatkan ketegangan zakar, serta meningkatkan masa daya ketahanan dan mengkuatkan tenaga batin supaya dapat lelaki itu dapat menjalankan seks dengan lama dan sempurna. Teknik ini melibatkan empat langkah iaitu

  

Mengasak

Semasa mengasak urut dari bahagian pangkal lubang dubur, tarik sehingga ke pangkal kantung buah zakar. Gunakan kelima-lima jari anda ditutup rapat. Asak guna tangan kiri dan kanan bergilir-gilir, urut dan tarik ke atas. Buat dengan perlahan, tekanan yang tidak terlalu kuat dan jangan gopoh. Tarik nafas anda dalam-dalam untuk mengumpul oksigen yang cukup dalam darah, kemudian, tahan nafas anda dan tumpukan pada kawasan zakar. Apabila mengasak anda akan lihat batang zakar anda mengembang. Itu satu petanda yang baik… buat proses mengasak ini kira-kira 10-15 minit setiap hari.

Menjabat

Anda kena faham kaedah ini untuk membuang angin pada urat zakar supaya zakar anda lebih kuat. Masa berjabat ni.. letakkan jari anda pada bahaian tepi pangkal zakar anda dan rasa lubang cincin itu… tarik nafas dalam-dalam… tahan nafas sambil menekan lubang cincin.. apabila dah tak tahan lepaskan nafas anda, ulang lagi sehingga anda rasa zakar anda terasa lebih segar…

 

Mengurut

kaedah ni yang paling anda suka buat. Urut batang zakar anda dari bahagian paling pangkal ke hujung. Pastikan letakkan minyak yg mencukupi supaya kulit zakar tidak melecet.. kedudukan ibu jari di bahagian atas jari telunjuk (mungkin dengan jari hantu sekali di bahagian bawah) urut perlahan-lahan. Anda juga boleh menggunakan teknik ini. Buat huruf O menggunakan jari telunjuk dan ibu jari, pada pangkal zakar. kemudian lurutkan jari anda dari pangkal hingga ke hujung. Anda akan menolak darah ke bahagian hujung zakar.. bila anda membuat proses ini zakar anda akan mengembang lebih besar sebab darah akan disalurkan dengan baik di dalam pembuluh darah. semasa melurut zakar anda, kemutkan otot zakar anda (seperti hendak menahan kencing) dengan ini urat zakar akan menjadi lebih kuat dan besar.. buat proses ini kira-kira 15-20 minit.. lakukan dengan sabar.. jangan gelojoh.. seelok-eloknya zakar anda separa tegang ataupun tegang semasa mengurut.. tetapi jangan sampai teransang pulak.. kang terpancut. terbatal pulak proses urut anda..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mengasah

Lepas tu barulah anda mengasah.. ini nak bagi stamina dan ketahanan pada kepala zakar kita supaya tak cepat geli dan boleh bertahan lama semasa bersama nanti.. buatlah pada bahagian atas, bawah, tepi kepala zakar anda. kalau terasa geli berhenti kejap.. pastu sambung balik.. Ingat sekali lagi!! jangan sampai terpancut..
